Reichsbürger: Mister Germany 1998 prosecuted for attempted murder

Against the Mister Germany of 1998, Adrian cause, prosecution for attempted murder was raised. In addition, the prosecutor accuses the 42-year-old, who is accused of protecting the constitution of the imperial citizens’ movement, from causing serious bodily harm, violating the law on weapons, and resisting enforcement officers.

The prosecution was received at the regional court Halle, as a court spokesman announced on Wednesday. According to the accusation, Causes had shot a policeman on 25 August 2016 during the foreclosure of his house plot in Reuden (Saxony-Anhalt). The official had not been hit deadly by his protective clothing, they said. Also cause was hurt.

Cause had declared the plot to its “state area”. “Reichsbürger” do not recognize the state order in Germany and decisions such as court judgments or tax claims. They claim that the German Reich continues to this day.

In October 2016 a “Reichsbürger” had shot in Georgensgmünd near Nuremberg (Bavaria) on policemen. A 32-year-old SEK official died from his injuries.
